About the Workplace

The Health and Care Administration has all licensed personnel gathered within its own area of operation, and as an employee, you will have a health and medical care manager.

As part of the flex team, you will have a main placement at one of our special accommodations, and this is where your workday begins unless you have been informed in advance that you are needed elsewhere. You are expected to be able to work weekends, and during weekends, two members of the flex team are on duty.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse in the flex team, you will be a key person in our operations and support where the need is greatest and during sick leave for the first 14 days. You will conduct medical assessments and nursing interventions, as well as support and guide nursing staff.

Qualifications

We need you to be a licensed nurse, confident in your professional role, and have documented experience from municipal operations. We expect you to be able to work with everything within municipal primary care, such as palliative, close, and person-centered care.

You need to have good knowledge of relevant legislation such as HSL and SoL.

A B driver's license is a requirement.

It is advantageous if you have experience working in Lifecare.

Working hours: Rolling schedule with weekend work every 6th week

Monday-Friday: 07:00-16:00

Weekends: 07:00-16:00 or 10:00-14:00
